The short version
We collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to respond to you and do the work you asked about, and we don’t sell it or hand it to advertisers. This site ships with no third-party advertising or social-media trackers.
What we collect
When you submit the audit request or contact form, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, business name, email, phone, website address, and your answers about your project). Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes form submissions and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and filter spam.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare the materials you requested (such as a website audit), scope and deliver projects, and keep basic business records. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask for updates.
Analytics
By default this site runs no third-party analytics. If measurement tools are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated first and any required consent controls will be added before they activate.
Who else touches the data
Service providers that make this site work: Netlify (hosting and form processing) and our email provider (for replying to you). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. If a CRM integration is enabled, form submissions are forwarded to that system for lead management.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiries as long as needed to serve you and meet business-record obligations. Want your information corrected or deleted? Email alex@apexsitez.com and we’ll take care of it.
